1. Handset must be in craddle

2. PRESS the # key and then DIAL two digit 83

3. ENTER two digit for Month (01 = Jan 12 = Dec)

4. PRESS # then enter the number for day of Month

5. PRESS # the enter two digits for the year (04 =April)

6. PRESS # then enter two digits for the hour (00-23) Military

7. PRESS # then enter two difits for minutes

8. Hang Up
